Learn Academies Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Lee Evans as an Area Director of Schools.

Lee joins Learn Academies Trust from his current role of Director of School Improvement at Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust, where he has built a strong track record of school improvement, leadership development and collaborative working across primary settings.

In his new role, Lee will provide strategic leadership and support across a group of schools within the Trust, working closely with headteachers and senior leaders to drive high standards, strengthen teaching and learning, and ensure positive outcomes for all pupils.

Lee brings with him a wealth of experience in leadership, school improvement and professional development, as well as a clear commitment to values‑led education and partnership working. His appointment reflects Learn Academies Trust’s ongoing focus on investing in strong leadership to support schools and communities.
